rem4d's Services are strictly available to adults aged 21 years or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21. As part of the registration and KYC process, all Players are required to confirm their age and submit government-issued identification.
If rem4d becomes aware — through automated systems, staff review, or third-party reporting — that a Player has provided false information about their age and is in fact below 21, we will immediately suspend the account, void all associated wagers, return any confirmed Real Fund deposits to the originating payment method, and permanently close the account.
