01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them below. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the rem4d platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rem4d enforces a strict 21+ age gate at registration and at first withdrawal. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be accessing rem4d from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for you personally. By registering, you confirm that it is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee of rem4d or any of its affiliate companies, game suppliers, or technology partners.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously requested account closure for responsible gaming reasons on rem4d or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use the Services.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on rem4d. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, linked devices, shared IP addresses, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. rem4d employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are confirmed, all associated accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any Bonus Funds forfeited.

3.2 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and primary payment method. rem4d does not accept registrations using fictitious names, pseudonyms, shared household accounts, or third-party identity documents.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. rem4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify rem4d support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. rem4d will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.

3.4 Account Closure

rem4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms have been breached. Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting rem4d support, provided there are no pending withdrawal requests or open bets.

04 KYC & Identity Verification

rem4d is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and other financial crimes. As part of this commitment, all Players are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures.

4.1 When Verification Is Required

• Before any withdrawal above the minimum unverified threshold is processed.
• When cumulative deposits exceed a specified amount within a rolling 30-day period.
• When rem4d's fraud or compliance systems flag an Account for review.
• At any time rem4d deems it necessary to fulfill its obligations under applicable anti-money-laundering standards.

4.2 Acceptable Identity Documents

Players must submit at least one government-issued photo ID, such as an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM). rem4d may additionally request a selfie photograph, proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.

4.3 Processing Time

KYC documents submitted in clear, legible format are typically reviewed within 24 hours during standard business days (WIB). rem4d will notify Players by email of the outcome. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC is successfully completed.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rem4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following IDR-denominated payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. rem4d reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of any material changes via the platform's announcements section.

5.2 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to the Player's Account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• rem4d does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are the responsibility of the Player.
• Deposits made from a payment method that does not match the Account holder's registered name may be rejected and returned to the originating account.

5.3 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• The majority of withdrawal requests are processed automatically and cleared to the Player's nominated bank account or e-wallet within three minutes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods that have been registered to and verified on the Player's Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• rem4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud is suspected or KYC has not been completed.
• rem4d does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during exceptional circumstances such as banking system outages, national public holidays, or regulatory compliance reviews.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

rem4d offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Chinese New Year (Imlek), and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which must be read in conjunction with these general bonus terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as Real Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion's landing page before the Player opts in. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each offer.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to verified Players only unless otherwise stated.
• Each Player may claim each specific promotion once only unless the promotion explicitly states it is recurring.
• rem4d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a Player's bonus entitlement if there is evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or coordinated exploitation.
• Bonus Funds and Real Funds are tracked separately in the Player's Account. Real Funds are wagered first unless the Player selects otherwise.
• Maximum bet sizes whilst Bonus Funds are active may be subject to additional restrictions as specified in individual promotion terms. Exceeding these limits may result in Bonus Fund forfeiture.

6.4 Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets, slot games, live casino tables, and togel number draws may each carry different contribution percentages. The applicable contribution table is published within each promotion's specific terms. Bets placed on excluded games do not count toward the wagering requirement.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sportsbook

All sportsbook bets — including single-event bets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets — are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. rem4d reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced, where odds were published in error, or where there is clear evidence of irregular wagering activity.

7.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Game outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in live studio environments under the direct supervision of the relevant provider's compliance team. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, rem4d will apply the outcome recorded by the game provider's server logs.

7.3 Slots & RNG Games

All slot and RNG-based games available on rem4d use certified Random Number Generators that are independently audited. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for every title in the game lobby. rem4d does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a malfunction or technical error during a slot round, the round will be voided and the wager returned to the Player's balance.

7.4 Togel Markets

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) results are drawn from officially published third-party sources. rem4d will not be liable for losses arising from discrepancies between unofficial result publications and the official draw outcome used to settle wagers. Results are published in the platform's togel results section promptly following each official draw.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type, market, and Player account tier. Current limits are displayed within each game interface before any wager is confirmed. rem4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

08 Responsible Gaming

rem4d is committed to providing a safe and controlled gambling environment. The platform's responsible gaming tools are available to all Players at no cost, with immediate effect, and without requiring prior approval from the support team. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify the Player after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary pause on access to gambling Services ranging from 24 hours to 30 days, during which the Player may still log in to view balance and transaction history but may not place any wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from all rem4d Services. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are processed immediately and are irreversible for a minimum of 12 months.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on rem4d. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or that of another person.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or KYC documents.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or circumvent wagering requirements.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable error must be returned; failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or the funding of unlawful activity through the rem4d platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any aspect of the rem4d platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Providing false or misleading information to rem4d's customer support team, compliance team, or verification processes.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the rem4d platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, domain names, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of rem4d or its licensed third-party suppliers. Nothing in these Terms grants the Player any right, title, or license to use rem4d's intellectual property for any purpose beyond personal, non-commercial use of the platform's Services.

Players must not reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, or exploit any content from the rem4d platform without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of rem4d's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rem4d's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Services, or any Account shall not exceed the total value of Real Funds deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rem4d shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any:

• Loss of profit, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Losses attributable to events outside rem4d's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, banking system failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.

12 Amendments to These Terms

rem4d reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven calendar days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the rem4d platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any outstanding balance.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page supersedes all prior versions. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rem4d holds its international gaming license.

In the event of a dispute between rem4d and a Player, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through rem4d's internal complaints process by contacting [email protected]. rem4d will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration body designated by rem4d's licensing authority. Players retain any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection legislation.
